And there's nothing wrong with declaring Martial Law if it's really a valid exercise of the police power. I wonder why there really is a negative impression about Martial Law when it's purpose is really for the common good. People should be informed about its real purpose in the COnstitution. <br /><br />I idolize Marcos' brilliance and I think he is the best President we had.
